Job summary

Travelodge Bromsgrove is seeking a Night Reception Team Member for a part-time contract. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team with a family feel and flexible hours to suit everyone.

No experience is required as training will be provided to get you up to speed and comfortable with guest check-ins. You’ll help create a smooth overnight operation, including room checks, breakfast preparation, and occasional bar service.

Qualifications

• No experience required for this role, we can coach and teach you everything you need to know!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at the hotel.
• Deal with noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

Responsibilities

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
