Job summary

Travelodge Reading Central is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will join a fun, supportive team with flexible working to suit you, and no experience is required as training is provided.

Your duties include welcoming guests, checking them in, patrolling corridors, handling noise complaints, and setting up for the next day. You may prep for breakfast and serve behind the bar at times.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Friendly, can-do attitude.
• Hospitable and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk corridors to monitor and ensure comfort and safety.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar.
