Job summary

Travelodge Nottingham Riverside is looking for a friendly Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, walk the corridors, and help prepare the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast setup.

No experience is required as full coaching is provided. You may also serve behind the bar at times, handle noise issues, and enjoy benefits such as room discounts, a Travelodge voucher on anniversaries, retailer discounts, and the

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in as part of night shift duties.
• Walk the corridors to maintain security and comfort for guests.
• Set up hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Handle noise issues and evictions when required.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar and assist with other front-of-house tasks.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
