Job summary

Travelodge Nottingham Central is seeking a Part Time Night Reception Team Member to welcome guests and manage check-ins during night shifts. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team and benefit from flexible working to suit you.

No experience is required as full training is provided. You may walk corridors, handle noise issues, and help prepare the hotel for the next day, including breakfast setup and occasional bar service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at night.
• Walk the corridors to ensure security and comfort.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions when necessary.
• Set up the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys.
• Prep for breakfast service and assist behind the bar when needed.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
