Travelodge GATESHEAD is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests and check them in, contributing to overnight hotel operations in a friendly, supportive team environment.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive coaching and training will be provided. The role offers opportunities to grow through our Aspire Programme and team incentive schemes, with regular recognition events.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and check them in.
• Walk corridors during shifts and address issues like noise complaints or evictions as needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
