Travelodge Newcastle-under-Lyme Central is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time basis. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help keep the front desk running smoothly in a friendly, team environment. No experience is required; we provide coaching and development.

You’ll also help set up for the next day, prepare for breakfast, and may serve behind the bar from time to time. Benefits include 50% discount on rooms and meals, a travel voucher on work anniversaries, retailer

Mansioni

• Welcomes guests and checks them in at the front desk.
• May walk corridors to assist guests and respond to noise complaints or eviction situations.
• Prepares the hotel for the next day, including setting up housekeeping trolleys and prepping for breakfast service.
• Occasionally serves behind the bar as needed.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
