Job summary

Travelodge Manchester Central Riverside is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help run the night shift in a friendly, supportive team.

You'll also patrol corridors, handle noise issues, and prepare the hotel for the next day, including setting up housekeeping trolleys, prepping breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar. We offer flexible working to suit everyone.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel.
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals during the night shift.
• Dealing with noises, complaints and evictions as required.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, preparing housekeeping trolleys.
• Prepping breakfast service and, at times, serving behind the bar.

Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
