Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) invites applications for a Night Reception Team Member at our Bromsgrove area hotel on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in and help set up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service.

No prior experience is required as we coach and train you. You’ll also take on occasional bar service and help with noise management, all within a fun, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in at night.
• Walk the corridors during shifts and address noise complaints or occupancies as needed.
• Set up the hotel for the next day: prepare housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
