Job summary

Travelodge Glenrothes is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, patrol corridors, and handle noise issues with tact. You’ll help prepare the hotel for the next day, from housekeeping trolleys to breakfast setup, and may assist behind the bar at times.

• Walk corridors at regular intervals and monitor guest areas.
• Address noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Prepare hotel for the next day (prep housekeeping trolleys, breakfast setup).
• Serve behind the bar at times.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
