Job summary

Travelodge Edinburgh Park is looking for a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in, and help keep the hotel running smoothly overnight.

No experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll enjoy a fun, supportive team culture, flexible hours, and opportunities to progress through Travelodge Aspire Programme.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in.
• Walk the corridors at regular intervals and assist with noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep.
• Serve behind the bar at times.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
