Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) in Sittingbourne is seeking a friendly Night Reception team member to welcome guests, check them in, and help prepare the hotel for the next day. You will patrol corridors, handle noise complaints, and assist with breakfast service and bar duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walk the corridors to monitor activity and ensure security.
• Deal with noise complaints and evictions when required.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day: stock housekeeping trolleys and prep for breakfast.
• Serve behind the bar at times and assist with breakfast service.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times
