Job summary

Travelodge Bournemouth is inviting applications for a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You’ll be part of a fun, supportive team with flexible hours and no prior experience required as we’ll coach you.

Your role includes welcoming guests, checking them in, patrolling corridors, handling noise complaints, and preparing the hotel for the next day, including breakfast prep and occasional bar service.

• No experience required for this role.

• Walking the corridors at regular intervals.
• Dealing with noise complaints and evictions as needed.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day.
• Preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
