Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) is seeking a Night Reception Team Member at the Add Hotel Name, on a part-time contract. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, and be part of a friendly, supportive team with a family feel.

You’ll help set up the hotel for the next day, prepare housekeeping trolleys, assist with breakfast service, and occasionally serve behind the bar. No prior experience is required as we provide coaching and development through our Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• No experience required for this role.
• We can coach and teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in.
• Walk the corridors at regular intervals.
• Handle noise complaints and evictions.
• Set up the hotel for the next day (housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep).
• Serve behind the bar at times.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
