House of Gods is seeking a Night Reception Rockstar to own the overnight guest experience, delivering calm, confident service in a stylish hotel setting. You’ll be the after-dark face of the venue, upholding standards while managing late check-ins, security, and guest requests with swagger.

Ideal candidates are night owls who stay composed at 3am, enjoy tech-enabled front desk operations, and take pride in presentation. Training will be provided to own the night in true House of Gods style.

Qualifications

• Natural night owl who thrives on overnight shifts.
• Calm, confident, and unflappable during late hours.
• Detail-oriented with strong security awareness.
• Self-starter able to work solo and deliver great hospitality.
• Tech comfortable with front desk software and check-in processes.
• Presents themselves well and upholds hotel presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during night hours and manage late check-ins/outs.
• Maintain security and guest safety throughout the overnight shift.
• Handle basic maintenance requests and routine hotel tasks with style.
• Keep public areas tidy and ensure smooth night operations.
