The expectation is clear, you’ll lead by example on the floor, uphold service standards, coordinate sections, support team performance, anticipate guest needs, handle guest recovery, and maintain daily service controls, protecting the reputation of our London venue while pushing it forward every day.

You are:

• A natural-born front-of-house leader, calm, confident, organised, and respected.
• Experienced in high-volume, high-energy restaurants, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service, guest satisfaction, strong sales, and consistent team performance.
• Confident leading a section, coordinating the floor, coaching waiting staff, managing the pace of service, handling guest feedback, driving upselling, and keeping every shift tight while the energy stays electric.
• Cool under pressure and sharp on the details, from menu knowledge and presentation to allergy awareness, hygiene, and service sequence.
• Obsessed with guest experience, you don’t just serve tables, you create moments guests remember.
• Able to inspire, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver world-class hospitality with edge.
