As an Engineer, you’ll help maintain and improve our fleet and infrastructure, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable and operational for millions of passengers every day, with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in a workshop or fleet setting.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on buses, PSVs, vehicles and engineering equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools.
• Complete repairs, modifications and upgrades to DVSA standards.
• Support fleet reliability through fault finding and technical problem solving.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
• Ensure maintenance work is safe, efficient and high quality.
• Maintain accurate engineering records and reports.
• Collaborate with workshop teams and departments.
• Support continuous improvement to improve vehicle reliability.
