Job summary

Barnardo's in Lancaster is seeking a Night Project Worker to support young people in our 2a High Street and Mariner's View services. The role covers 21:30–08:30 on a 4-on 4-off pattern, assisting up to 7 or 11 residents while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

You will take part in inductions and mandatory training (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Safeguarding, Emergency First Aid, Health & Safety) and engage in monthly supervision, with opportunities for skill development through team meetings and

• Planned induction and training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time support to young people aged 16–24 in residential services.
• Attend monthly supervision and annual Performance & Growth Review; participate in team meetings.
