Barnardo's Bay6 in Leyland, Lancashire, is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to join a night shift team providing care and supervision for young people aged 16–24 living in a multi-site housing project. You will work a 37-hour rota across 4 nights per week, focusing on safeguarding, health and safety, and recording in line with Barnardo's policies.
The role requires empathy, reliability, and IT literacy to document daily progress.

The service is made up of 3 buildings across 2 sites: Bay6 - 6 bedrooms with communal areas including staff offices Haddon Lodge - 5 one bedroom flats Belgrave Court - 6 one bedroom flats
Shift pattern: 9:30pm – 8:30am with a 30 minute unpaid breakThe 37 hour post is 4 nights per week on a rota basis which covers Monday to Sunday. Based on a 4 on 4 off rota with another colleague
