Thwaites is seeking a dedicated Night Porter Supervisor to lead our nights team and ensure the highest standard of guest care while on duty. You’ll supervise Night Porters, manage late check-ins, secure the building, and support breakfast setup, delivering warm welcomes in the late hours.

Formación

• As Night Porter Supervisor you will need to be a responsible and reliable person who is comfortable leading and supervising others.
• You must be able to stay calm under pressure, taking any complications in your stride.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to make the right decisions on your own initiative.
• Previous supervisory experience is valuable, hotel experience and basic computer skills are an advantage and full training can be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Checking in late arrivals.
• Cleaning the property and setting up meeting/conference rooms.
• Arranging newspapers and wake up calls.
• Ensuring the building and guests are secure.
• Helping set the dining area for breakfast.
• Supervising Night Porters on shift with you.
