Job summary

Solent Hotel & Spa in Fareham is seeking a Night Porter to provide a warm welcome and ensure the safety of guests during the night shift. You will be responsible for guest needs, incident response, and maintaining high service standards.

You will handle late arrivals, prepare breakfast areas, keep the property clean, and ensure security throughout the night. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression and a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Check in late arrivals and assist guests overnight.
• Clean the property and set up meeting/conference rooms as needed.
• Arrange newspapers and wake-up calls for guests.
• Ensure building and guests are secure during the night.
• Assist with setting dining areas for breakfast.
