Job summary

Malmaison Hotels is seeking a Night Porter to oversee the hotel’s running from sundown to sunrise. You will manage the night shift in F&B, welcome guests, and ensure Public Areas are immaculate while preparing spaces for the next day.

The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and readiness to perform nightly safety audits. Training opportunities and varied shift patterns are available to suit your needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial and night shift experience is essential.
• Must be organised and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations at night and manage guest expectations.
• Take responsibility for Food & Beverage during night hours.
• Welcome guests in a friendly manner and keep public areas immaculate.
• Clean public areas and prepare meeting spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage and respond to enquiries.
• Perform nightly Health and Safety audits.
