Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department.
• Act as an ambassador for Leonardo Hotel Exeter and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate.
• Interact with guests at welcome and departure to deliver excellent guest care.
• Get involved in the Kitchen to prepare room service orders.
