Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is seeking a Night Porter to support the Front Office in delivering guest care and smooth operation through the night. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, assisting with welcome and departure interactions, and coordinating with the Kitchen to prepare room service orders.

In this role you will help ensure safety and security, carry out nightly checks, and contribute to a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications specified; hospitality-oriented suitability encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and guests.
• Perform regular Fire Walks each night.
• Set out ambient breakfast items in the morning to present a great display.
