Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a reliable Night Porter/Auditor to support overnight operations at DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln. You will manage late check-ins, assist with end-of-day procedures and ensure security throughout the building.

Previous hospitality experience is desirable and you will be trusted to work independently while delivering excellent guest service during the night shift.

Night Porter / Auditor - 32hrs per week

This is a varied role where you'll combine guest service responsibilities with important overnight administrative and financial processes, helping to ensure the hotel is prepared for a successful day ahead.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night
• Welcome guests, manage late check-ins and support early departures
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
• Complete night audit procedures and end-of-day financial processes
• Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel
• Support the smooth running of the hotel during overnight shifts
• Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times
• Help prepare the hotel for the following day's operation, supporting setup and breakdown of all onsite outlets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, customer service or administration is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numerical and administrative skills
