Job summary

leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our Lincoln kitchen team. You will support prep, assist chefs, and develop culinary skills across sections while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and presentation of food across kitchen operations
• Assist chefs with food preparation and service delivery
• Learn and develop culinary skills across different sections of the kitchen
• Ensure food is prepared safely and in line with company standards
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Support stock rotation and storage procedures
• Assist with the smooth running of kitchen service
• Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment
