Job summary

Jw Lees is actively seeking Night Porters to join their dedicated team. The Night Porter role includes checking in late arrivals, ensuring communication across departments, and delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Check in late arrivals and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
• Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.
• Ensure that wake up calls are made promptly and book any taxis for guests.
• Take room service orders and deliver to guests.
• Residents’ bar – preparing and serving drinks, cleaning duties.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
• Ensure site is secure and complete regular walk arounds throughout the shift.
• Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
• Give personal attention, take personal responsibility and use teamwork to provide excellent guest service.
