Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a meticulous Night Porter to join our team for overnight shifts. You’ll assist the Night Manager, ensure guest safety, maintain property standards, and handle late check-ins and early check-outs while keeping public areas clean. You’ll also support night audits and emergency procedures.

We offer a flexi contract with a minimum 30 hours and an hourly rate of £14.25. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented and able to work alone during the night shifts,

Qualifications

• You’re responsible, reliable, and have a keen eye for details
• Well-organised and able to learn systems and audits for overnight
• Have the ability to work alone when night managers are off
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Porter/ Auditor in a hotel or hospitality setting

Responsibilities

• Support night audits, including fire, health & safety, and security checks.

As a Night Porter at Heartwood Collection, you'll assist in the safety and well-being of our guests during overnight stays and maintain the smooth operation of the property outside key trading hours. You’ll be key in delivering exceptional guest care, and ensuring that health and safety standards are met. Also, be responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas.
