Heartwood Collection is seeking a meticulous Night Porter to support overnight safety, guest care, and the smooth operation of our property outside key trading hours.

You’ll handle late check-ins, early check-outs, nightly audits, maintain public areas to high standards, and follow emergency procedures, working independently when managers are off.

Qualifikationen

• You’re responsible, reliable, and have a keen eye for details.
• Well-organised and able to learn systems and audits for overnight
• Have the ability to work alone when night managers are off
• 1–2 years of experience as a Night Porter/ Auditor in a hotel or hospitality setting

As a Night Porter at Heartwood Collection, you'll assist in the safety and well-being of our guests during overnight stays and maintain the smooth operation of the property outside key trading hours. You’ll be key in delivering exceptional guest care, and ensuring that health and safety standards are met. Also, be responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Night Manager in ensuring guest safety and smooth overnight operations.
