You’ll Fit Right Inn
As a Night Porter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the night. If you’re friendly, approachable, and have excellent customer service skills, this could be the perfect fit for you! We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while staying organised.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and checking guests in and out, assisting with inquiries at reception, the bar, or over the phone, and serving guests professionally. You’ll also help keep the restaurant, lounge, and facilities clean and tidy, prepare the restaurant for breakfast service, and set up the buffet table. In addition, you’ll patrol the premises to perform security checks and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
