Role: Night Porter

£12.50 Per Hour

Full-time

Location: Leeds

The Night Porter is responsible for overseeing the hotel operations from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on role involves managing guest expectations and maintaining brand standards.

During the night, the team ensures smooth operations. Your duties as Night Porter include managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests warmly, keeping public areas clean, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.

You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly Health and Safety audits. Organisation and excellent communication skills are essential.

Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and experience with night shifts is essential.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shift patterns. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift details can be discussed at interview.

Successful candidates can progress to Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles.
