Job summary

Crowne Plaza Harrogate is seeking a Night Porter to join its front-of-house team. You will assist guests with luggage and travel arrangements, and support the night operation to meet guest requests, including arranging room amenities and serving Food and beverages.

The role requires calmness under pressure, vigilance to keep the hotel safe, and flexibility to adapt on shift. We offer training through apprenticeships and opportunities to develop your hospitality career.

£27,476.80 per annum/ £13.21 per hour, 40 hours per week over any 5 days

Are you a night owl?

We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team.

Primarily you will be helping guests with their luggage and travel arrangements. You will also will support the night operation to meet guest requests which includes additional room amenities and serving Food and beverages.

The variety of this role need someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel safe.

This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
