Valor Hospitality is seeking a Night Porter to join our team. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, arrange travel, and support the night operation to meet guest requests.
The role requires flexibility, calm under pressure, and vigilance to ensure safety. We offer training and opportunities within our hotels, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
£27,476.80 per annum/ £13.21 per hour, 40 hours per week over any 5 days
We are looking for a Night Porter to join our team.
Primarily you will be helping guests with their luggage and travel arrangements. You will also will support the night operation to meet guest requests which includes additional room amenities and serving Food and beverages.
The variety of this role need someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel safe.
This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
