Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Porter for The Crown Hotel Harrogate. You will help keep the hotel running smoothly overnight, assist reception, set up meeting spaces and ensure public areas are clean for guests and staff the next day.

The role requires a hardworking team player with attention to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to varied tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly.

What you'll be doing...

• keep the hotel running smoothly overnight.
• assisting on reception with any late arrivals, or early departures, or any guest requests during the night
• set up and refresh our meeting and event spaces
• cleaning the public areas so they are ready for guests and colleagues the following day
