What we look for in a Night Porter:

As the successful Night Porter, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly, outgoing personality. You should be self-motivated and willing to work alone at times. Experience working in a similar environment, excellent communication skills, and an impeccable eye for detail are essential.

Our Night Porters play an important role in ensuring the safety of our guests and the security of our pub and hotel throughout the night. Responsibilities include dealing with guest requests, greeting and checking in late arrivals, maintaining room standards, setting up for breakfast service, and conducting health and safety checks and audits as necessary.

Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
