Job summary

Number Sixteen Hotel in South Kensington is seeking a Night Porter to join our concierge desk during the evening hours, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional guest service.

You will handle calls, assist with luggage, support check-ins/outs, and work 4 days on, 4 days off, with ongoing training and benefits.

As a Night Porter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our concierge desk during the evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Managing the concierge desk in the absence of the wider team, providing unparalleled service to our guests.
• Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and care.
• Assisting guests with luggage, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and memorable.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and dedication.
• Supporting check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
