The Role:
- Provide night-hour assistance, including luggage handling and package deliveries, to create an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Respond to guest queries promptly and efficiently
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Deliver mail, newspapers, and bills to rooms
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Collect room service and breakfast orders
- Support Night Management with fire safety procedures and emergency responses
- Participate in training and support the Night Team’s development
- Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, policies, and local area
- Support other departments as needed
