Village Hotels - Edinburgh - Reception / Nights is seeking a proactive Night Team Leader to run the overnight audit, maintain security, and support guests with drinks and check-ins during the night. You will motivate and guide the team to ensure smooth operations until dawn.

The role emphasises hands-on leadership, rotas, and staff briefings while maintaining high standards. Previous experience is valued but attitude and energy matter most in this busy environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership on a night shift.
• Support the Night Manager with overnight operations.
• Friendly, positive attitude and energy are valued.
• Willingness to train new starters and manage rotas.

Responsibilities

• Own the critical night procedures and lead the night audit, security checks, and ensure compliant building.
• Deliver warm welcomes for late arrivals, manage late/early check-outs, pour drinks, and prepare room service to maintain high standards.
