You will oversee operational delivery overnight, coordinate responses to incidents, and maintain high standards of service while working closely with the wider property team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in a customer‑facing or operations setting.
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively to incidents and operational challenges.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead night operations and ensure property safety, security and cleanliness during your shift.
• Supervise the night team, provide clear direction, and maintain high service standards.
• Act as the main escalation point for incidents and resident needs, coordinating responses.
