Job summary

Unite Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead the night shift across Unite Students or Hello Student properties. You will ensure safety, oversee the on-site team and coordinate responses to incidents, residents’ needs and emergencies.

You'll work closely with the property team, manage rotas, supervise contractors, and maintain high service standards while keeping residents safe and supported through every night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in customer service, hospitality, property or operations.
• Proven ability to handle incidents and operational issues calmly.
• Strong health and safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead night operations and supervise the night team to maintain safety and service quality.
• Act as the main escalation point for incidents and resident needs.
• Coordinate handovers and safety checks across shifts.
• Oversee contractor access and activity on site; respond to emergencies.
