Job summary

Unite Group is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead the night team across Unite Students or Hello Student properties. You will oversee overnight operations, coordinate handovers, and act as the main escalation point for incidents to ensure resident safety and high-quality service.

You’ll manage rotas, monitor standards, and respond to emergencies with calm, decisive leadership. This hands-on role requires strong communication and a focus on safety, with a competitive benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead night operations to keep the property safe, secure and well maintained.
• Supervise the night team, provide clear direction and maintain service standards.
• Act as escalation point for incidents, coordinate responses and record actions.
• Carry out safety checks and audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate handovers between shifts and maintain effective on-site communications.
• Support residents with queries or concerns and ensure they feel safe and supported.
