Job summary

Unite Group, operating Unite Students and Hello Student brands, is hiring a Night Duty Student Safety Team Member in Coventry. This permanent, part-time role covers 25.5 hours per week with 3 night shifts across 7, from around 10pm to 7:30am, supporting students and keeping buildings safe and welcoming.

You'll work with the Student Safety Team Leader and peers to create a reassuring, home-like environment at night, making a real impact on student wellbeing and campus safety.

Location: Raglan Street, Coventry CV1 5QF

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 25.5 hours per week. Student Safety Team Members work 3 night shifts out of 7 between the hours of 10/10.30pm and 7/7.30am. Shift pattern variations may apply.

Salary: £19,300 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.

As a Student Safety Team Member, you`ll play a key part in keeping our students and buildings safe, comfortable, and welcoming throughout the night. You`ll be the reassuring presence that helps students feel supported, cared for, and at home.
