Village Hotels is seeking a Night Team Leader to drive the overnight shift, running the night audit, securing the building, serving drinks, and checking in guests while keeping the team focused until dawn.

You will lead the night operation, deliver warm welcomes for late arrivals, manage late checkouts, and ensure high standards remain strong after dark, with training and opportunities provided.

Responsibilities

• The Operation: taking ownership of the critical night procedures, reconciling the day’s business, security checks, and building security.
• The Guest Experience: giving warm welcomes to late arrivals, handling early checkouts, serving drinks, and room service while maintaining high standards after dark.
• The Leadership: keeping morale up, assisting with rotas to manage wage costs, training new starters, and handing over to the Day/ Duty Manager.
