Job summary

Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East is seeking an experienced Hotel Night Supervisor. You will lead the Night Team, supervise overnight operations, and ensure a professional guest experience across Front Office, F&B, security, night audit and hotel procedures.

This hands-on role requires strong Front Office knowledge, ability to make quick decisions, and a focus on accurate handovers to the day team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Front Office or Night Reception.
• Knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS and Microsoft 365 is required.
• Marriott-brand knowledge and Bonvoy systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight hotel operation and support the Night Team.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests and escalations.
• Ensure night audit, credit and payment procedures are completed accurately.
• Maintain hotel security and guest room access procedures.
• Support Reception and Food & Beverage operations, maintaining standards.
• Monitor activity, arrivals, departures and VIP guests, with clear handovers.
• Guide Night Team Members and uphold service standards.
• Ensure fire, health & safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Complete an accurate handover to the day team with issues and actions.
• Maintain Marriott brand standards and Bonvoy requirements.
