Job summary

Vertiq Hospitality Partners B.V. is hiring two Hotel Welcome Hosts for the Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East. The roles cover Reception and Food & Beverage, with shifts including 40 hours per week and 25 hours per week, in a busy London hospitality setting.

As a Welcome Host you will greet guests, manage check-in/out, assist with reservations, and support daily hotel operations while delivering Marriott service standards. Strong guest focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional approach; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and make a positive first impression.
• Check-in and check-out efficiently.
• Handle enquiries and resolve issues.
• Manage reservations and guest profiles in Opera.
• Provide local information and hotel services.
• Support breakfast and F&B service as needed.
• Promote Marriott Bonvoy membership.
• Maintain clean, welcoming guest areas.
