You will supervise Hosts and Door Hosts, ensure cash handling compliance, and maintain high standards of guest service in a vibrant luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in front office or guest services, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work overnight.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or guest services within hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and resolve all Night Audit tasks.
• Oversee Front Office functions during overnight shifts.
• Supervise and train Hosts and Door Hosts.
• Perform Front Office duties as needed to support service.
• Ensure cash handling and operations adhere to policies.
• Ensure appropriate staffing based on activity levels.
• Inform staff about new promotions and changes.
