LGH Hotels Management Ltd is seeking a Night Supervisor for Holiday Inn Basildon to lead the overnight team and ensure calm, safe, and professional operations through the night. You will support guests, oversee colleagues, and maintain order during night hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Night Supervisor, Night Porter, or similar hotel role.
• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Commitment to safety, security, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the night team, ensuring duties are carried out to a high standard
• Ensure all security and safety procedures are followed throughout the night shift
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints calmly and professionally
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel
• Provide general operational support to hotel departments overnight
• Assist with light housekeeping or maintenance tasks when required
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night shift
• Check guests in and out of the hotel when required
• Act as first response to incidents or emergencies, following hotel procedures
• Complete overnight reports and handover information for senior management
