Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Limited seeks an experienced hotel manager to lead operations at Holiday Inn Basildon and oversee the sister property Holiday Inn Brentwood. You will supervise front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance while directing department heads to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong commercial sense, accountability, and the ability to develop capable teams across two sites, driving revenue and upholding brand standards.

• Experience leading hotel operations with accountability for guest experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability.
• Calm, confident decision-maker under pressure.
• Proven track record in developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.
• Manage and develop department heads and staff for efficiency.
• Maximise revenue and control costs to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and brand standards.
• Implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
