Job summary

Malmaison Aberdeen is seeking a Night Porter to ensure hotel operations run smoothly from sundown to sunrise. The role involves supporting the Food & Beverage department at night and maintaining the high standards of the Malmaison brand.

You will assist guests with luggage, manage nightly tasks, and perform health and safety checks while staying active in a busy, hands-on environment. The position is 20 hours per week at £12.71 per hour plus TRONC, with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Night shift experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations from sunset to sunrise.
• Manage Food & Beverage operations during the night.
• Keep public areas clean and prepare meeting/event spaces for the next day.
• Assist guests with luggage and inquiries.
• Conduct nightly Health and Safety audits and cleaning duties.
