Job summary

Meldrum House Hotel is seeking a dedicated night management professional to lead the night team and ensure seamless guest experiences. You will oversee check-in/out during night hours, coordinate rotas, and uphold safety and service standards throughout the property.

You will drive exceptional guest service, manage incidents, and collaborate with departments to prepare the hotel for the next day’s operations. A warm, proactive attitude and reliability are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests at all times.
• Manage the nights team including rotas and staffing needs.
• Ensure night security and regular floor walks of public areas.
• Assist in setting up and servicing event rooms and room service as required.
• Report incidents and assist during emergencies.
