The role emphasizes proactive guest service, incident management, and adherence to health, safety, and internal policies, with a strong focus on maintaining brand standards across all overnight interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable, approachable with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations during the evening and overnight shift.
• Act as ambassador for the Soho House brand and uphold the ethos.
• Ensure guest needs are anticipated and service quality remains high.
• Manage and develop the night team to sustain service excellence.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure daily reports and financial declarations are completed on time.
